Emmanuel Kwasi Mireku, known as Elder Mireku, is a renowned Ghanaian gospel musician and songwriter born on January 12, 1961. With over 40 years in the industry, he has released 56 albums and over 500 songs, influencing many artists in Ghana. He received an Honorary Doctorate in sacred music in 2016 and a lifetime achievement award at the Ghana Music Awards South Africa. Mireku's notable songs include "Oko no wako awie" and "Hallelujah."
